How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and will be visible prior to checkout.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept online credit card payments and or paypal.
Can I change my order?
We start filling your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amed or change it. If you would like to make changes please contact customer service as soon as possible to see if it is still possible.
Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order.
What if my order is missing?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will figure out where the breakdown occured.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel your purchases without providing a reason within 7 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. We require that the goods are in the same condition that you received them: unworn and with the original labels still attached.
